Personalized to improve sports performance

The sports training program is designed to build a solid foundation for sports specific movements.

 

We then build on the foundation to improve strength, speed, and agility. Programs will be tailored to your child and the sport(s) they are focusing on.

CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!

Get a workout in when it works for you

Make the gym fit into your schedule with open gym.  Pop in and get your workout in. Open gym is available to members to do your own workout, strength train, body build, work on weaknesses and the list goes on.  

New to fitness? Classes make you nervous? Want to work on specific weaknesses? Personal training may be what you're looking for. It is an excellent way to learn technique and build your confidence.
